How to use: 

Topical: The best way to use is diffuse before bed, or inhale right from the bottle before bed. 

Aromatic: 

-Add 20 drops of deep sleep oil to 1/2 teaspoon of vodka and 2 ounces of distilled water into a spray bottle. To use, lightly mist your pillow a few minutes before bed. Note: Make sure to shake the bottle before each use. 

-Add a few drops to a diffuser or on lava beads of your favorite diffuser jewelry.
