How to use: 

Topical: Dilute with your choice of carrier oil (coconut oil, olive, argan, etc) add 1 drop of breathe clear essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Then apply to chest and neck. 

Aromatic: 

-Add a few drops to a diffuser or your favorite diffuser jewelry. 

-Add a few drops to a hot bath

-Add a few drops to massage oil or lotion and apply to achy muscles.
